ItzTheKatzMeow is committed to providing a safe and user-friendly experience for all visitors. This Anti-Spam Policy outlines ItzTheKatzMeow's stance against unsolicited and disruptive messages, also known as spam. ItzTheKatzMeow take spam seriously and aims to protect ItzTheKatzMeow's users from its harmful effects.

2. Definition of Spam

Spam includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Unsolicited commercial emails (UCE)

• Unsolicited bulk emails (UBE)

• Unwanted, irrelevant, or inappropriate messages sent to a large number of recipients

• Repeated or continuous sending of messages to a user who has indicated they do not wish to receive them

• Use of misleading or deceptive subject lines to entice recipients to open messages

• Messages that promote fraudulent or illegal activities

3. ItzTheKatzMeow Anti-Spam Measures

To combat spam, ItzTheKatzMeow have implemented the following measures:

• Opt-In/Opt-Out Mechanism: Users must provide explicit consent (opt-in) to receive communications from ItzTheKatzMeow. ItzTheKatzMeow also provides an easy and clear way to unsubscribe (opt-out) from such communications.

•   ** Please note:  Vendors who register for the shows I personally run are added to ItzTheKatzMeow's emailing list so they can share event "Shout Out's". Vendors also have an opportunity to opt-out of such communication.

4. Changes to This Policy

ItzTheKatzMeow may update this Anti-Spam Policy from time to time to reflect changes in ItzTheKatzMeow's practices or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
