1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

ItzTheKatzMeow offers the following shipping methods:

• Ground Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.

• Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.

• Local Pickup: You can pick up your order from my location in Duluth, MN. Select the pickup option at checkout, and ItzTheKatzMeow will contact you to make arrangements. No Sunday deliveries.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and or  the selected shipping method. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. International Shipping

ItzTheKatzMeow DOES NOT offer international shipping.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided link.

6. Shipping Restrictions

ItzTheKatzMeow does not ship to APO/FPO addresses. 

 

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact ItzTheKatzMeow immediately at kat@itzthekatzmeow.com.  ItzTheKatzMeow will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
