Here you will find all the essential information and documents you need for this upcoming show. Please make sure to read through each section and complete the necessary forms in steps 1-3.

In step one you will find the link to my Google Docs so you can complete the registration form.  Steps two and three are documents that need to be signed and returned back to me either prior to registering or immediately following your completion of the registration.

1. Vendor Information and Agreement

2. ST-19 Form Required by the State of MN (This document must be signed and submitted before the event)

• If you make handmade items or have a MN Cottage Registration Exemption download this ST-19 Form (PDF)

• If you are in Direct Sales (e.g. Scentsy, Norwex, Tastefully Simple) Download ST-19 Form (PDF)
